What To Know: Thursday&#8217;s negative sentiment was fueled by remarks from Chicago Fed President Austan Goolsbee, who expressed uncertainty about further interest rate cuts, citing a lack of recent inflation data due to the prolonged government shutdown.



The move reverses gains from Wednesday when Rivian shares surged following strong <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/earnings/25/11/48638676/rivian-q3-highlights-revenue-beat-r2-on-track-for-2026-significant-progress">third-quarter results</a>. What's Behind Rivian's Pullback Thursday?

Oscar Health Inc. (NYSE:<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/OSCR#NYSE" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> OSCR</a>) reported third-quarter revenue of approximately $2.99 billion, compared to $2.4 billion a year ago, missing the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/OSCR/earnings" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">consensus estimate of $3.08 billion</a>.

The increase was driven by higher membership, partially offset by an increase in the net risk adjustment transfer accrual.



The health care technology company reported a loss of 53 cents per share, missing the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/11/b48680284/oscar-health-announces-financial-results-for-third-quarter-2025-and-reaffirms-2025-guidance" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">consensus estimate of 61 cents</a>.



The medical loss ratio was 88.5% compared to 84.6% a year ago, primarily driven by an increase in average market morbidity that resulted in a $130 million increase in the net risk adjustment transfer accrual, partially offset by $84 million of favorable prior period development, and $22 million of favorable intra-year development.

Loss from operations was $129.3 million compared to a loss of $48.4 million a year ago. The decrease was primarily driven by an increase in average market morbidity that resulted in an increase in the risk adjustment transfer accrual, partially offset by favorable prior period and intra-year development, and disciplined cost management.



Adjusted EBITDA loss was $101.5 million for the third quarter of 2025 compared to Adjusted EBITDA loss of $11.6 million for the third quarter of 2024.



Total membership jumped from 1.65 million to 2.12 million in the quarter.



&#8220;Our disciplined pricing and geographic expansion position us to profitably grow market share, and we are confident in our ability to expand margins and return to profitability in 2026," said Mark Bertolini, CEO of Oscar Health.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Guidance</h2>



Oscar Health reaffirms its <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/earnings/25/08/46901832/oscar-health-well-positioned-to-manage-market-reset-eyes-profitability-in-2026" rel="noreferrer noopener">fiscal 2025 sales guidance</a> of $12 billion to $12.2 billion, compared to the Wall Street estimate of $12.04 billion.



The company expects a 2025 medical loss ratio of 86%-87%, an SG&amp;A expense ratio of 17.1%-17.6%, and an operating loss of $200 million to $300 million.

Oscar Health Misses Q3 Revenue, Loss Widens To $129 Million Despite Membership Surge

Ark Invest has adjusted its long-term bullish outlook on Bitcoin (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/btc/usd">BTC</a>) from $1.5 million by 2030 down to $1.2 million, citing the rapid rise of stablecoins as a factor for <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/money/bitcoin-price-prediction-oct-14">its downward revision</a>.



What Happened: In a CNBC Squawk Box <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=07v3YPCHTdI">interview</a> on Wednesday, CEO Cathie Wood pointed out that with stablecoins increasingly fulfill the transactional role that ARK once expected Bitcoin to play.



Wood emphasized that this doesn't diminish Bitcoin's "digital gold" use case. 



She still expects Bitcoin to capture at least half of gold's market value, given that it matches gold's key properties while improving on several like superior portability, verifiability, and scarcity.

Goldman Sachs analyst Eric Sheridan maintained a Neutral rating on AppLovin and raised the price forecast from $630 to $720.



Sheridan said AppLovin delivered <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/earnings/25/11/48671878/applovin-stock-moves-higher-on-better-than-expected-q3-earnings" rel="noreferrer noopener">another strong quarter</a>, driven by robust advertising revenue growth across both gaming and non-gaming segments, powered by its AXON 2.0 platform.



The analyst commented that management highlighted three core themes, namely, continued advertising strength, promising early results from the new self-serve eCommerce portal, and sustained high incremental margins despite selective investments in cloud hosting and customer acquisition.



He illustrated that AppLovin's early eCommerce tests signal a major long-term opportunity to extend its auction platform beyond gaming, with scaling expected to accelerate through 2026 and beyond.



Sheridan emphasized the company's ability to maintain ~85% incremental adjusted EBITDA margins even as it reinvests in platform expansion.



The analyst said that investor focus in the near term will likely center on how quickly the eCommerce business scales, but over the long term, AppLovin remains well-positioned to deliver above-average growth and strong margins within the broader digital advertising and mobile gaming landscape.



He underlined several positives from the quarter, including revenue and adjusted EBITDA exceeding guidance, a strong product roadmap led by the self-serve platform launch, and an expanded $3.3 billion share repurchase authorization following $500 million in buybacks during the third quarter.



Sheridan also pointed out that while eCommerce revenue growth remains modest in fourth-quarter guidance, its contribution is expected to scale meaningfully next year.



Sheridan projects fourth-quarter revenue of $1.59 billion (up from prior forecast of $1.52 billion), and GAAP EPS of $2.97 (up from previous guidance of $2.75).

This Goldman Sachs Analyst Raised His Forecast For AppLovin - Here's Why

Coinbase Global Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/COIN">COIN</a>) has challenged U.S. Treasury plans for a blanket ban on stablecoin yield, citing overreach under <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/crypto/cryptocurrency/25/10/48141079/trumps-genius-act-has-changed-global-monetary-system-says-economist-stablecoins-will-usher-in-hyperinflation">the GENIUS Act</a>.



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Coinbase Argues Treasury Exceeds Its Mandate</h3>



In a Tuesday letter, Coinbase <a href="https://cointelegraph.com/news/coinbase-urges-treasury-preserve-stablecoin-yields-non-issuers">urged</a> the Treasury to restrict the yield ban only to stablecoin issuers.



The exchange said extending the rule to non-issuers would violate Congress's intent.



"Congress went no further," Coinbase wrote, warning that broader restrictions would hurt innovation and stablecoin adoption.



The company argued that the GENIUS Act's text does not give Treasury power to prohibit interest offered by exchanges or affiliates.



It said Treasury "has no authority to second-guess Congress's work."



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Banking Groups Want Blanket Prohibition</h3>



Major banking associations led by the Bank Policy Institute (BPI) asked Treasury to apply the ban to all stablecoin entities.



Their joint filing said interest on stablecoins could drain as much as $6.6 trillion from traditional deposits.



They urged Treasury to "implement the prohibition whether paid directly by an issuer or indirectly by affiliates."



BPI's latest comments came during the second round of public feedback on Treasury's proposed GENIUS Act rules.



The consultation closed Tuesday, setting the stage for formal rule drafting in 2026.



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Industry Split Over GENIUS Act Scope</h3>



Signed into law in July, the GENIUS Act regulates payment stablecoins in the United States.



It takes effect 18 months after enactment or 120 days after regulators issue final rules.



That timeline suggests implementation by late 2026 or early 2027.



Coinbase also asked Treasury to exempt blockchain validators, software developers, and open-source protocols from the law.



It urged that payment stablecoins be treated as cash equivalents for tax and accounting purposes.



The debate underscores widening tension between traditional banks and digital asset platforms over control of U.S. payments infrastructure.

(NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/RKLB">RKLB</a>) completed its 74th Electron mission, successfully deploying a synthetic aperture<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/trading-ideas/movers/25/11/48682045/rocket-lab-advances-iqps-constellation-with-new-radar-sat-delivery"> radar satellite</a> for Japan's Institute for Q-shu Pioneers of Space, Inc. (iQPS).

What Happened: Enovix reported quarterly losses of 14 cents per share, versus the analyst consensus estimate for a loss of 16 cents per share. 



The company reported quarterly sales of $7.99 million, versus the analyst consensus estimate of $7.93 million, marking an 85.08% increase compared to sales of $4.3 million in the same period last year.



&#8220;This quarter was marked by <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/11/g48669271/enovix-announces-third-quarter-2025-financial-results">meaningful progress</a> with our lead smartphone customer, as we continued advancing toward commercial launch of our AI-1 cell,&#8221; said Raj Talluri, president and CEO of Enovix. &#8220;Our AI-1 battery has been independently validated as having the highest energy density reported for a smartphone battery, our marquee customer programs are moving towards commercial launch and our manufacturing capabilities at Fab2 are steadily progressing.&#8221;



Enovix expects a fourth-quarter adjusted loss of 16 cents to 20 cents per share, versus estimates for a loss of 14 cents per share.



The company anticipates fourth-quarter revenue between $9.5 million and $10.5 million, versus the analyst consensus estimate of $12.05 million. The weaker-than-expected guidance appears to be weighing on shares.



Following the earnings report, Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Derek Soderberg maintained an Overweight rating on Enovix, but lowered the price target to $25 from $30.

Enovix Stock Drops After Q3 Results, Weak Outlook Weighs On Shares

Shares of DoorDash Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/DASH">DASH</a>) nosedived in early trading on Tuesday, after the company reported mixed third-<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/topic/earnings">quarter results on Wednesday</a>.

Goldman Sachs: DoorDash reported 25% year-on-year growth in gross order value (GOV) and 27% growth in revenues, both of which came in higher than expected, Sheridan said in a note. The upside was "driven by strong growth in monthly active users, order frequency, and continued momentum across U.S. restaurants and New Verticals," he wrote.



Management guided to adjusted EBITDA 5% lower than consensus estimates for the fourth quarter, the analyst stated. The company plans a technology platform restructure "with several hundred million dollars of incremental investment in 2026," he added.



Wedbush: DoorDash's GOV grew to $25 billion, exceeded consensus estimates, Devitt said. Revenue of $3.4 billion and total orders of 776 million came in higher than expectations by around $91 million and 6 million, respectively.



The analyst stated, however, that DoorDash's margin of 21.9% fell short of expectations by around 50 basis points. While the company's plans to invest "several hundred million dollars" in 2026 will weigh on margins, "we believe these initiatives are justified,&#8221; he further wrote.



DoorDash aims to expand the addressable market globally and support more durable, long-term growth.



BTIG: DoorDash delivered a "typically strong" quarter, which was the fourth consecutive quarter of GOV growth of more than 20%, Fuller said. The margin guidance for the fourth quarter missed consensus estimates, he added.



Management's investment plans for 2026 will weigh on EBITDA, the analyst stated. "Investors always struggle with digesting investment plans, but this is a team with an excellent track record investing into accelerating growth while still likely holding margin stable if not still expanding modestly," he further wrote.



DA Davidson: DoorDash's execution in its core U.S. business "remains impressive" and its newer verticals are "progressing nicely," White said. Management guided to GOV of $28.9-$29.5 billion for the fourth quarter, representing 37.2% year-on-year growth at the midpoint, he added.



The guidance came in significantly ahead of the consensus of $26.6 billion, which did not factor in the contribution from Deliveroo, the analyst stated. "Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be in the range of $710M-$810M, with the midpoint a bit light vs. $807M consensus due to incremental investments," he further wrote.



DASH Price Action: Shares of DoorDash had declined by 15.77% to $200.46 at the time of publication on Thursday.

DoorDash Posts Mixed Q3, Plans Investment Of 'Several Hundred Million Dollars' In 2026

Ralph Lauren Corporation (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/RL">RL</a>) reported <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/11/b48683936/ralph-lauren-reports-better-than-expected-second-quarter-fiscal-2026-results-and-raises-full-year-" rel="noreferrer noopener">second-quarter fiscal 2026</a> revenue of $2.011 billion, up 17% year over year and 14% in constant currency, beating estimates of $1.889 billion.



Adjusted EPS was $3.79, up 49% from a year ago and above the $3.44 estimate, while GAAP EPS rose 44% to $3.32. Adjusted gross and operating margins expanded ahead of the outlook, driven by strong full-price demand and expense leverage.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Regional Performance</h2>



North America revenue increased 13% to $832 million, driven by 13% comparable store growth, comprising 12% growth in stores and 15% growth in digital commerce.

Segment margins improved to 19.4% in North America, 29.4% in Europe, and 25.0% in Asia.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Margin &amp; Profitability Highlights</h2>



Gross profit reached $1.4 billion, with a 68% margin, up 100 basis points year-over-year.



Gross margin expansion was driven by AUR growth, favorable product mix, and lower cotton costs, more than offsetting pressure from tariffs and other product costs.



Operating income was $246 million reported and $283 million adjusted, yielding a 14.1% adjusted margin, up 270 basis points.



Ralph Lauren ended the quarter with $1.6 billion in cash and short-term investments and $1.2 billion in total debt. Inventory rose 12% to $1.3 billion, in line with demand.



The company repurchased $63 million in Class A stock during the quarter and $313 million year-to-date, returning about $420 million to shareholders through dividends and buybacks.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Management Commentary</h2>



&#8220;We are off to a strong start in the execution of our Next Great Chapter: Drive strategic plan introduced at our Investor Day in September, with second quarter performance outpacing our expectations across geographies, channels and consumer segments,&#8221; said Patrice Louvet, President and CEO.



&#8220;As we continue to navigate a highly dynamic global operating environment with agility, we are encouraged by our brand&#8217;s continued momentum through the start of the important Fall/Holiday season, enabling us to once again raise our Fiscal 2026 outlook,&#8221; he added.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Outlook</h2>



Ralph Lauren raised its fiscal 2026 outlook, now expecting constant-currency revenue growth of 5% to 7% and operating margin expansion of 60 to 80 basis points, with foreign currency expected to add 200 to 250 basis points to growth.



The company projects a full-year tax rate of 19% to 21% and mid-single-digit revenue growth in the third quarter.



On the earnings call, Louvet said Ralph Lauren is tapping into a ~$400 billion premium and luxury market, where it holds under 2% share with a little over $7 billion in revenue.



Management said demand remains healthy and core consumers remain resilient, supported by a continued shift in customer acquisition toward full-price, less price-sensitive shoppers with higher average spend.



The company expects tariff-related pressures to increase in the fiscal third quarter and intensify in the fourth quarter, resulting in a notable year-over-year gross margin decline in the fourth quarter, its smallest revenue quarter.



The decline is driven by reciprocal tariffs, tough comparisons, and timing shifts. Despite near-term margin headwinds, management remains confident in achieving 50–100 bps of gross margin expansion over three years, with progress expected each year.

Lithium investors just got a reminder that geopolitics can move markets faster than demand forecasts. After a months-long retail-fueled rally, Lithium Americas Corp. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/LAC">LAC</a>) has plunged 45% over the past month — a collapse JPMorgan's Bill Peterson partly attributes to "shifting rhetoric from the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/asia/25/11/48612515/trump-has-backed-down-on-china-tariffs-says-economist-paul-krugman-the-future-now-belongs-to-china">Trump administration regarding US-China relations</a>" and China's move to lift export restrictions on key minerals.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">When A Truce Turns Into A Shock</h2>



China's decision to relax curbs on rare earths, gallium, graphite, and other critical inputs defused supply fears that had powered lithium stocks all summer. The result: a brutal reset across the sector. 



Standard Lithium Ltd (AMEX:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/SLI">SLI</a>) tumbled 21%, Sigma Lithium Corp (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/SGML">SGML</a>) dropped 32%, and even heavyweight Albemarle Corp (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/ALB">ALB</a>) barely held flat, slipping 0.08%. LAC led the rout, its speculative surge unwinding as fast as it rose.

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">JPMorgan Steps Off The Sidelines</h2>



Peterson, who downgraded LAC in October at the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/trading-ideas/movers/25/10/48002270/lithium-corp-rockets-290-after-rare-earth-discovery-could-it-be-trumps-next-mineral-gambit">height of the hype</a>, upgraded the stock back to Neutral, saying shares now "appear fairly valued" after the selloff. 



He still calls Thacker Pass "a flagship U.S. lithium asset," backed by low-cost debt and offtake potential with General Motors Co (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/GM">GM</a>). The valuation now sits near 1x NPV — down from roughly 2x just weeks ago — a level he says "more appropriately balances execution risk and tightening supply-demand fundamentals."



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">A Market Cooled, Not Canceled</h2>



JPMorgan's metals team now expects lithium to enter deficit by 2025, pushing its forecast forward by four years, with battery-grade carbonate prices seen holding near $15,000 per ton in the long term.



The lithium story isn't over — it's just growing up. After a 200% rally and a 45% reality check, LAC may finally be priced for fundamentals rather than fever dreams.
