Today's session kicks off the holiday week with a lighter economic calendar, which often leads to thinner liquidity and more exaggerated price moves. Traders will digest the November Chicago Fed National Activity Index, which provides a broad snapshot of overall economic momentum. While not always a major market mover on its own, it can still influence early sentiment in a low volume environment. 



At 11:30AM ET, attention shifts to the Treasury as it conducts the 3 and 6 Month Bill Auction, followed by the 2 Year Note Auction at 1:00PM ET. These auctions will offer insight into demand for short and intermediate term government debt and can influence rates and equity positioning, especially with participation reduced ahead of the holidays.&nbsp;



With limited scheduled data and many market participants stepping aside, price action may be driven more by positioning and order flow than fundamentals. Expect sporadic volatility and sharp intraday swings, particularly around the auction windows. 



Now, we will discuss SPY, QQQ, AAPL, MSFT, NVDA, GOOGL, META, and TSLA.



SPDR S&amp;P 500 ETF Trust (SPY)



SPY opens the holiday week at 683.00, with buyers looking to keep price supported near this level despite lighter volume conditions. If SPY can hold firm early, an upside push into 684.20 becomes the first area to watch, followed by a potential extension toward 685.40. Continued strength could allow price to work into 686.75, where sellers may begin to show up more aggressively. If momentum builds through that zone, SPY could stretch toward 688.00 as buyers lean into thinner liquidity.&nbsp;



On the downside, a failure to hold 683.00 would likely invite an early test of 681.90. If that level gives way, sellers may press into 680.75, where buyers will need to respond quickly to prevent further slippage. Continued weakness could pull SPY toward 679.50, and in a more aggressive sell scenario, price may probe down toward 678.25 as liquidity pockets are tested.



Invesco QQQ Trust Series 1 (QQQ)



QQQ begins the session at 620.00, with bulls attempting to stabilize price after recent swings. Holding above this area could open the door to 621.35, where acceptance would signal renewed upside interest. From there, QQQ may climb toward 622.75, with further momentum potentially extending into 624.10. If buyers stay engaged, the upper end of today's range could reach toward 625.50 in a thinner tape.&nbsp;



If QQQ loses 620.00, sellers may quickly lean on price and drive it toward 618.85. A failure there could accelerate downside into 617.60. Continued pressure may expose 616.40, and if risk appetite fades further, QQQ could slide toward 615.10 before buyers attempt to reassert control.



Apple Inc. (AAPL)



Apple opens at 273.25, where buyers will look to defend this level as a short term base. A push higher could see price move into 274.35, followed by a test of 275.45 if momentum holds. Sustained buying may allow Apple to grind higher into 276.50, with a stronger session stretching toward 277.75 as sellers reassess positioning.&nbsp;



If Apple fails to hold 273.25, sellers may drag price into 272.20. A clean break there could open downside toward 271.10. Continued weakness would place 270.00 in focus, and if selling accelerates, Apple may dip toward 268.85 before stabilizing.



Microsoft Corp. (MSFT)



Microsoft starts the day at 487.25, with buyers attempting to regain control after recent consolidation. If support holds, price could advance into 488.60, followed by a move toward 489.90. Continued strength may allow MSFT to work into 491.25, and with broader market cooperation, price could stretch toward 492.75.&nbsp;



If 487.25 fails, sellers may push MSFT down to 485.95. A loss of that level could trigger further downside into 484.65. Sustained selling pressure would bring 483.40 into play, and in a heavier risk off move, price may probe down toward 482.10.



NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA)



NVIDIA opens at 184.00, with buyers looking to defend this level after recent volatility. If support holds, price could bounce into 185.15, followed by a test of 186.35. Continued upside momentum may allow NVDA to press into 187.60, and in a stronger tape, price could stretch toward 188.90 as traders position around key levels.&nbsp;



If NVDA slips below 184.00, sellers may test 182.90 quickly. A break there could open downside into 181.75. Continued weakness may drag price toward 180.60, and if sellers remain aggressive, NVDA could slide into 179.25 before buyers attempt to step back in.



Alphabet Inc Class A (GOOGL)



Alphabet begins the session at 309.00, where buyers are attempting to stabilize price near recent highs. A hold here could lead to an upside move into 310.20, followed by a push toward 311.45. If momentum builds, GOOGL may work into 312.75, with a higher extension toward 314.10 in a low volume environment.&nbsp;



If 309.00 fails to hold, sellers may guide price into 307.90. A deeper pullback could test 306.70. Continued downside would bring 305.50 into focus, and in a more pronounced selloff, GOOGL may drift toward 304.25.



Meta Platforms Inc (META)



Meta opens at 661.50, with buyers attempting to hold recent gains as the holiday week begins. If price remains supported, an advance into 663.10 could unfold, followed by a push toward 664.85. Continued strength may allow META to stretch toward 666.50 as buyers take advantage of thinner liquidity.&nbsp;



If META loses 661.50, sellers may press price into 660.10. A breakdown there could pull META into 658.70. Continued weakness would expose 657.25, and if selling persists, price may slide toward 655.90 before finding demand.



Tesla Inc. (TSLA)



Tesla starts the session at 487.00, where buyers are looking to establish support early. A move higher could carry price into 488.65, followed by a test of 490.30 if momentum improves. Sustained buying may allow TSLA to reach toward 492.00, with a higher extension into 493.75 if sentiment remains constructive.&nbsp;



If TSLA fails to hold 487.00, sellers may push price into 485.40. A break there could open downside into 483.85. Continued selling pressure would bring 482.25 into play, and in a sharper move, TSLA may dip toward 480.75.

The company reported quarterly sales of $8.634 billion, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $8.530 billion.



Cramer recommended selling EchoStar Corporation <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/SATS" target="_blank" class="ticker-link" data-ticker="SATS" data-exchange="NASDAQ" rel="noopener">(NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/SATS">SATS</a>)</a>. &#8220;I think the play is over,&#8221; he added.



On the earnings front, EchoStar posted its third-quarter financial results on Nov. 6, which fell short of street estimates. Quarterly revenue came in at $3.61 billion, falling short of estimates of $3.75 billion and down from $3.89 billion in the same quarter last year.



With StubHub Holdings, Inc. <a class="ticker-link" data-ticker="STUB" data-exchange="NYSE" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/STUB" target="_blank" rel="noopener">(NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/STUB">STUB</a>)</a> losing too much money, Cramer recommended staying away from the stock.



On Friday, Wedbush analyst Scott Devitt maintained a Hold rating on Stubhub Holdings and lowered the price target from $22 to $18.

A Mix of Spot and Time Charters



Mr. Fairclough outlined Wah Kwong Maritime Services, across Ultramax, Kamsarmax, and Capesize vessels. "Our choice of strategy between spot and the time charter would be very much linked to our view of the market and our risk management and overall exposure," he said.



In turn, Mr. Pittas detailed EuroDry's focus on the mid-sized dry bulk segments, including (Supramax, Ultramax, Panamax, Kamsarmax), avoiding the very smaller Handysize segment as well as the large Capesize vessels, which are typically tied to single-commodity trades. Star Bulk Carriers, with a fleet roughly split between Capesize, Kamsarmax/Post-Panamax, and Supramax/Ultramax vessels, is primarily spot. Mr. Norton cited two reasons for that. The first one would be shareholder desire for spot market exposure, and the second is the belief that, with a strong balance sheet, the spot market yields higher returns over time. Following its merger with Eagle Bulk Shipping, Star Bulk increased its exposure to Supramax and Ultramax vessels and has been selling older and smaller ships as it works toward a more balanced fleet.



On the other hand, Pangaea Logistics Solutions is adopting a model primarily focusing on its customers and operating in the sub-Cape segment. "We are pragmatic. It all depends on what the customer&#8217;s needs are at a certain time," Mr. Petersen explained. Pangaea mainly uses voyage charter contracts and long-term COAs (Contracts of Affreightment) focused on niche business, mixing spot market activity with contracted cargoes.



Conservative Leverage



On balance sheet management, Mr. Pittas advocated for a medium leverage strategy, targeting approximately 50% loan-to-value. "Enough debt to remain resilient through a downturn," he explained, while still sufficient to enhance equity returns in an operating environment that historically yields returns above the cost of debt. Mr. Fairclough also described a 50% net group leverage as a very comfortable level and noted the availability of generationally well-priced debt from aggressive Chinese leasing companies, which can be attractive for newer vessels with long-term contracts.



Mr. Petersen said Pangaea's debt to fair market value is around 40-45%, a level with which they are very comfortable. Although debt is available on attractive terms, Star Bulk is not leveraging up at the moment. With net debt below scrap value, the company is focused on using its debt capacity to renew the fleet when ship prices become more attractive, while currently using cash flow to buy back stock.



2026's Geopolitical Swings



The volatility of this past year was also discussed, with a weak first half and a stronger second. Mr. Petersen pointed to manageable growth and confidence from customer discussions, leading to a cautiously optimistic default position without expecting huge market moves.



Mr. Pittas acknowledged the inherent difficulty of forecasting, noting that Clarksons' projections point to a modest market correction. However, he emphasized that, in the current environment, it's increasingly about geopolitics rather than the traditional supply-and-demand calculus. His base case assumes freight rates broadly in line with current levels, with a potential variance of plus or minus 20%–25%.



On the more optimistic side of things remained Mr. Norton. "We are pretty optimistic, actually," he said, anticipating continued strong volumes for coal, grain, and minor bulks. For iron ore, he expects increasing ton-miles due to longer haul Brazilian and Guinean supply, even if Chinese steel production respites.



On coal's role, Mr. Fairclough noted current warm weather has dampened demand and built stockpiles. "A weaker coal market will definitely have a more negative impact on the market next year," he cautioned. Nevertheless, while the market will move within a range, he expects to see some positive months in 2026.



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Order Book and Fleet Age</h4>



The newbuild order book was viewed as manageable and a source of long-term strength for the sector. In fact, according to Mr. Pittas order book levels of approximately 14% for Kamsarmax and 11.5% for Ultramax, remain well within historical norms, particularly when contrasted with the near-100% order book levels seen ahead of the previous market downturn.



China: Nuanced Demand Beyond Real Estate



Chinese steel exports and the power demand from AI data centers are also supportive factors for iron ore and coal, respectively, said Mr. Norton. This shift in Chinese demand, where steel exports for global infrastructure now offset domestic real estate softness, is now creating beneficial long-haul shipping demand for raw materials and finished steel added Mr. Petersen.

Schinecker said U.S. policymakers want wealthier nations to shoulder a greater share of research and development costs.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">GDP-Linked Pricing Could Raise Swiss Drug Costs</h2>



Citing Schinecker, the Reuters report added that the U.S. authorities are expected to factor in the economic strength of individual countries when assessing appropriate drug pricing.



Nations with a higher gross domestic product per capita than the United States would likely face higher prices for new medicines, reflecting their greater prosperity.



World Bank data show Switzerland&#8217;s GDP per capita exceeds that of the U.S. under both current dollar and purchasing power parity measures.



Schinecker said that while existing medicines in Switzerland would not become more expensive, pricing for future launches would likely follow the new framework.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">CEO Warns of Gradual but Uneven Global Impact</h2>



&#8220;For Switzerland, this would mean more; for Italy, less than in the U.S.,&#8221; he said, adding that the aim is for all economies to make comparable contributions toward the investment required to develop new therapies. Any changes, he emphasized, would occur gradually with each new product launch rather than overnight.



The prospect of rising drug prices has drawn concern from Swiss politicians.



Schinecker warned that resistance to higher prices could have consequences. Delays in launching new medicines in Switzerland could follow if pricing disputes persist, he said.



He added that Denmark, Germany, France, Britain, Italy, Japan, Canada, and Switzerland are being used as reference countries for U.S. drug pricing discussions. Roche is already engaged in talks with several of them.



The pricing issue is also expected to feature in broader negotiations between Bern and Washington, including efforts to formalize a November agreement aimed at reducing U.S. tariffs on Swiss goods.

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Details</h2>



As per the agreement, T1 Energy will supply Treaty Oak Clean Energy with at least 900 MW of solar modules, utilizing domestic solar cells from T1&#8217;s upcoming G2_Austin fab.



Treaty Oak will receive high-performance, silicon-based solar modules designed to meet new federal rules on foreign content.



For T1, the deal advances its strategy of providing a traceable, reliable solar supply chain.



Its 5 GW Texas facility uses high-efficiency TOPCon technology, enabling T1 to offer structured solutions that improve project planning, financing, and returns for customers.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">G2_Austin Solar Cell Facility Update</h2>



T1 has kicked off construction on the initial 2.1 GW phase of its G2_Austin solar cell facility.



The project will be built in two phases, totaling 5.3 GW, and will complement the company&#8217;s existing 5 GW G1_Dallas module plant.



Together, the facilities are designed to meet rising demand for FEOC-compliant, high-domestic-content, high-efficiency solar materials from customers such as Treaty Oak.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Domestic Content Boost</h2>



Notably, T1 is steadily increasing the domestic content of its modules. With G2_Austin&#8217;s first phase set to start production by the end of 2026, modules are expected to exceed 60% domestic content, with further growth anticipated.



Domestic modules with domestic cells are increasingly valued amid trade and tariff uncertainties.



Last month, the company disclosed that G2_Austin&#8217;s first phase construction is expected to incur an estimated cost of <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/11/g48997946/t1-energy-ceo-discusses-energy-dominance-with-vice-president-jd-vance" rel="noreferrer noopener">$400 million to $425 million</a>.

How that works: The dividend yield is computed by dividing the annual dividend payment by the stock&#8217;s current price.



For example, if a stock pays an annual dividend of $2 and is currently priced at $50, the dividend yield would be 4% ($2/$50). However, if the stock price increases to $60, the dividend yield drops to 3.33% ($2/$60). Conversely, if the stock price falls to $40, the dividend yield rises to 5% ($2/$40).



Similarly, changes in the dividend payment can impact the yield. If a company increases its dividend, the yield will also increase, provided the stock price stays the same. Conversely, if the dividend payment decreases, so will the yield.
